I am no longer waiting for some stress to end… or a crisis to be solved so that I can finally be happy. I’ve stopped putting off happiness “till later” and am loving and living life to its fullest right now.
So can you.

Slow down, you move too fast. You got to make the morning last.

Balancing your life isn’t about orchestrating life or giving up stuff; it’s about making small, powerful adjustments that make life run smoothly. Why is it important? Think of an out-of-balance washing machine, knocking and rocking about, working way too hard at what it has to do and damaging itself in the process. But when you readjust the load, it can spin effortlessly without even a shudder.

Do you relate to the knocking washing machine? If so, chances are you are trying to be all things to all people. Bosses, clients, colleagues, significant others, spouses, children, parents, even our pets--have a way of putting demands on us that throw our priorities off balance. And when we're not taking care of others, we are inundated with information, constant changes and endless "To Do Lists." Before we know it, we're going through our days thrashing about.

The Life Balance Program can help you readjust your load. The program lets you take control of your life by guiding you to:

Get your personal space in order, both at home and at work
Get control of your time and agenda
Take care of financial matters so you can focus on prosperity
Let go of what is holding you back
Discover and honor your priorities

More importantly, this program is tailored to the specific needs and style of each client; in other words, you'll do it "your way."

After going through this program you'll know how to keep your life "in balance" so that it runs smoothly no matter how hectic things get.

Building Reserves of Energy

Do you pass up activities you really want to do because you've already spent all your energy on the stuff that had to be done? Do you ever "poop-out" in the middle of a task? Or get deflated by the enormity of a responsibility you've taken on? Ever feel tired after a full night's sleep? If you said “yes” to more than one of these, then you will definitely benefit from learning how to manage your energy.

Managing your energy is both a science and an art. The Living with Abundant Energy Program shows you how to create, maintain and manage a reserve of energy so that you never have to run out. The program also provides an effective model for tracking your energy so that managing it doesn't become another task in itself. And finally, you learn a more effective way to prioritize your actions.

A huge benefit of learning to manage your energy is that time management becomes almost unnecessary. Tasks get accomplished without elaborate planning and with greater ease. And most importantly, you end up with plenty of time and energy for what matters most.

This is one program you can’t afford to pass up.

We can secure other people’s approval, if we do right and try hard; but our own is worth a hundred of it.

Creating An Inspired Relationship with Yourself

The Three Selves Program is a process I've created to help my clients dynamically develop their three inner selves: self-esteem, self-awareness, and self-expression. This program opens the door to life's limitless possibilities.

We spend a lot of time thinking about what we are—student, boss, colleague, husband, mother—and a lot of time playing the part—studying, managing, working, supporting a family, raising children. All of this keeps us so busy that we don't spend much time getting to know ourselves. Nor do we spend much time bolstering our self-esteem or discovering outlets for authentic self-expression. We know what we do but not necessarily why we do it or who we are.

This program will guide you through:

The "6-pillars of self-esteem”*
Activities to deepen your self-awareness
A discovery process to uncover your most authentic avenue of self-expression.

This program helps you realize that who you are is so much more than what you do. When you focus on who you are and accept and embrace your personal truth, you start spending your time in ways that reflect your authentic self.

Living Your Best Life Outside the Box

"Living outside the box" means choosing an unconventional life, which could be anything outside of "homeowners, married with 2 natural children, working M-F, 8 to 5." It is anything that causes your family and friends to ask "Why? Why don’t you just...?"

And what's considered unconventional or "outside the box" isn't yours to decide. It depends on the culture you were raised in, where you live now, and the attitudes and opinions of those around you. These choices include:

Being a stay-at-home Dad or primary bread-winner Mom
Being a single parent or not having children
Being in a nonconforming relationship
Pursuing an unconventional career
Practicing a religion outside the mainstream

Or anything else not considered “the norm.”

Living "outside of the box" can be extremely rewarding if it reflects your authentic self. And yet, it can be stressful and even isolating. You deserve an opportunity to explore your choices in a supportive, non-judgmental environment with someone who’s had a great deal of experience successfully living “outside the box.”

Benefits of working with a Coach:

You embrace who you are, completely
You conquer self-doubt and are at peace with your choices
You stop tolerating criticism, rejection and judgment
Your relationships become more abundant and authentic

The specifics of our lives do not matter; what matters is that we remain true to ourselves by living the life of our choosing for the right reasons.

Gaining Control Over Anxiety

Almost everyone has at least one social or environmental situation that brings on a moderate to severe “case of nerves.” Not the “butterflies in my stomach” type of nerves, but the “Oh, no! I'm falling!” type that leaves you feeling out of control and utterly drained. If seldom encountered, the trigger that causes this severe reaction is just a pesky nuisance.

But if you encounter the trigger on a regular basis, it can interfere with the quality of your life and possibly restrict your career. At the very least, you're losing precious energy on a regular basis. Not only do these triggers zap your energy, they sometimes control the outcome of your life. This happens if you, unknowingly, rearrange your day-to-day activities to avoid the trigger.

By merely learning what's behind bouts of anxiety, you can significantly improve your ability to cope. There is also a systematic process that can help you gain control over the trigger situation.

Benefits of working with a Coach:

You gain control over your anxiety
You stop tolerating the huge drain on your energy
You take charge of your choices and destiny
